Day 1 arrival in Tbilisi
Arrival in Tbilisi, Transfer to hotel. Rest
Day 2 Tbilisi (warm city) - capital of Georgia
Discover Tbilisi, more than 1500 years old city, in all its historical and architectural diversity.
Main sights:
- Metekhi fortress, Abanotubani - famous sulphur bathhouses. Narikhala fortress, the main citadel of the Tbilisi with the superb panoramic view of the city. Meidani, Sioni Cathedral, Antchiskhati Church (6-th c), the oldest basilica in Tbilisi.
- Open Air Museum of Ethnography - displaying the examples of folk architecture and craftwork from various regions of the country
- Museum of recipes
Evening in a Georgian restaurant with a folk concert will slightly open the curtain in your knowledge of Georgian cuisine
Day 3 - kakheti - wine cellar of Georgia
we are heading to Kvareli - Kindzmarauli microzone! views of the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains will not leave indifferent no ones.
Main Sights:
- Telavi - capital of Kakhetian Kingdom, Batonistsikhe citadel and 900 years old giant plane tree, Gremi Complex – Archangel Church (1565), the royal residence and the commercial neighborhoods
- City of Kvareli, Kvareli fortress
- Kvareli tunnel – wine cellar in the tunnel of Caucasus mountain - acquaintance and tasting of Georgian ( Kvevri) wine (The fertile valleys and protective slopes of the Transcaucasia were home to grapevine cultivation and neolithic wine production for at least 8000 years)
in Kvareli we will have an acquaintance with the Kakhetian cuisine, wines and chacha (Grappa).
Master classes on cooking Kakhetian barbecue, Kakhetian bread – Shoti, and dessert - churchkhela, we will make chacha. Work in the kitchen will end with a feast

Day 4 back to Tbilisi
After traditional Kakhetian breakfast we will return to Tbilisi

Day 5 - Georgian Military Highway and Stepantsminda - Highlanders' cuisine
Follow of Georgian Military Highway, we get to Stepantsminda
Main Sights:
- Ananuri fortress (XVI-XVII cc) , Ski resort Gudauri; Mineral Waters and travertine
- Cross Pass at 2395m is the highest point on the Military Highway and Stepantsminda - great place in Mtkheta-Mtianeti, unique nature and buildings. Mount Kazbegi - highest peak of Eastern Georgia.
- Gergeti Trinity Church - is situated at an elevation of 2170 meters, under Mount Kazbegi

Day 6 – Western Georgia - Kutaisi
Kutaisi - biggest city of West Georgia was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Colchis as early as the second millennium BC.

Day 7 Imereti - fireworks spices and tastes
Bagrati Cathedral (XXI c) UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gelati Complex - Main cultural and intellectual centers in Georgia for a long period; UNESCO World Heritage Site;
Discover Imeretian cuisine and wine – master class in cooking Khachapuri, and fried chicken in blackberry sauce
Feast with breathtaking Imeretian dishes and light Imeretian wine

Day 8 Magic caves and canyons of West Georgia
Day of nature, we will meet wild nature, miracle caves and amazing canyons and our and we are heading to Mengrelia
- Main Sights : The cave of Prometheus - is one of the richest caves in the world with its unique minerals and different types of materials and places. Martvili Canyon - enjoy the scenery, waterfalls and take a boat trip in the river with deep green color.
Evening in Mingrelian Sakhli ( house), master classes on cooking Mingrelian dishes - Elardji, Gebzhalia, Kharcho. A feast with spaced Mingrelian dishes and Mingrelian fruit vodka

Day 9 – Batumi - a seaside city on the Black Sea
Adjara is a fascinating and unique area, where the sea collides with mountain range. One of the must-see regions in Georgia, Adjara has fairly built up a superb reputation as one of the best resort areas,
Main Sights
- Petra fortress - ancient city-fortress (VI c. AD); Batumi old and new boulevards - famous Seaside Park; Dolphinarium, Gonio fortress is a Roman fortification in Adjara.

Day 10 – Mountain Adjara
On the way –visit Makhuntseti waterfall and arched bridge
in Adjara mountains, in the midst of unique nature, we will visit a multi-functional "Adjarian Wine House"
Cooking and tasting Adjarian dishes – Adjarian Khachapuri, Sinori, Kaimaghi

Overnight in Batumi
Day 11– back to Tbilisi
Even if it seems that we saw everything from Tbilisi to Batumi, the road will not be boring, because we left some very interesting places to show you

- Mtskheta – Ancient capital of Georgia, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (XI c) - the largest church of Georgia and Jvari Monastery (VII- VIII c) - UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Day 12– Tbilisi
You will meet with the bourgeois city of the 19th century.
Visit Cheese house and taste amazing Georgian cheeses with Georgian wine
